Trench Leadership: A Podcast From the Front

Trench Leadership: A Podcast from the Front, is a show for new and junior leaders from all professions to hear from other leaders who have been in their shoes, had the triumphs and made the mistakes.

I will use my experience and connections through 26 years of experience in the Canadian Armed Forces as a non-commissioned member to discuss a broad range of leadership topics such as how to lead by following, leading difficult and easy people (AKA: subordinates in the military) in small and large groups, how to manage stress, strategic thinking, and so many more topics.

THIS IS NOT A MILITARY-CENTRIC channel, and so, I will have conversations with tactical and strategic leaders from from all walks of life and professions. The private and public sectors, unions, military, non-profit organizations and more, where we will talk about the challenges faced as leaders and followers in a dynamic and ever-evolving world.

And along the way, we will have fun and some laughs.

See you soon!
