Train & Brain

Train & Brain is about physical fitness, and mental well-being for parents aged 30-50

We decided to step up and make it into a Podcast and YouTube channel in order to reach a bigger audience, impact those most in need and grow as we continue to learn on this amazing adventure

The content is aimed at those lost at sea who have put off beginning that health journey and would like a way in

We show you how to safely exercise at home with easy to follow exercises and routines

We discuss the journey, obstacles and what is most likely going on in your head at each stage

We help you get clarity on your goals and purpose as we explore the mind

We guide you along the path of awareness as you learn more about yourself and are finally independent and able to meet your own needs at an acceptable level on a regular basis

You can start for FREE right now here with a 30-day video course on us - https://trainandbrain.co.uk/

We appreciate your company so thank you for joining us!
