Train With Jasmine

Training with me is about developing a different relationship to
exercise, food and wellbeing – a relationship based on longevity,
injury prevention, strength and mobility. And, the confidence
gained from knowing you’re treating yourself well and learning
about your body along the way.


That means, I won’t measure your waist, ask you to step on a
scale, take a body fat test or follow a diet. 


My exercise plans are holistic – based on your body, needs, goals,
schedule, stress levels, emotional and mental factors.

 

I can help you lose weight, build muscle and improve your health
– without conforming to unrealistic and unhealthy standards.
