Traditional Himalayan. de-stressing

Pranam 🙏
It's a traditional way of welcoming people in Himalayas
i am Geeta and I live in a village in Himalaya far away from the city life. I dedicate a lot of time to my hobby which is making delicious food for my family. I love to cook local Himalayan food and all Indian which is my mother land and also the Arabic i learn cooking from my grandfather and my brother he is a professional chef work in lots of country. Also you may see my own innovations as well.
In this modern world, you might wonder why I appear to live like someone lived in old Himalaya. I prefer to live my Himalayan traditional life because I believe by picking new technology over traditional methods of preparation, we already forgot the original taste of our food . my main objective is to protect the traditional lifestyle of Himalaya for the future. Not only for a knowledge seekers, also for all humans this channel will be a place where to feel the nature and the life.
