Tracy Supreme Fit

I am a dedicated health and wellness professional with over 20 years of experience in exercise and nutrition. Certified through the prestigious Cooper Institute in Dallas since 2001, my journey in health and fitness is deeply personal.

After successfully undergoing gastric bypass surgery in September 2001, I became a "Subject Matter Expert" (SME) in post-surgery health and lifestyle optimization.

With more than a decade of experience as a pharmacy technician, I bring a unique perspective that blends scientific knowledge with a compassionate approach to Fitness & Wellness which makes me passionate about fostering mental health, cultivating positive energy, and helping others live authentically.

I believe in pursuing what makes you happy, striving for your personal best, and vibrating at your highest level.

My mission is to empower others to thrive—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and to create a life they truly love.
