Tracks and Roots

Welcome to Tracks and Roots!

Alison and David Meehan and their kids will show you how to forage, build shelters, start fires, make herbal medicine, make primitive tools and weapons, go backpacking and camping with young kids, set up a tend a garden, and more!

Unlike many survivalist channels, this one will show you how to involve the kids and get them excited about the outdoors and creating cool things - all in your own backyard or neighborhood.

If this sounds of interest, please subsribe!
