🌼 A space to capture memories of my children’s lives
and
a place to share my interests
and
activities of daily life
in
between London where I currently live
and
my hometown of Barrow-in-Furness in Cumbria where my children live 🌸

I am the Author to be 😀of ‘A Health and Fitness Journal’ inspired by health and fitness conversations with my sister.🌼

I love all things Social Media related and can be found on most socials!!🌸

Since they were invented in the 90’s, I have been capturing every moment of my children’s lives and my own 🌼
This is a fun place to store some of those past precious moments and current precious moments and a relaxing pastime for me🌸

Please don’t be offended if I do not interact with responses to comments as I only do so with family.

Please be kind
and
if you have any negativity to add just unfollow instead of commenting🌼

All welcome!

With love and thanks
