This channel is for people struggling with low energy and/or motivation who want to find enough energy to get through their day. 

Low energy and motivation can be a result of living with depression, anxiety, Long COVID or a similar chronic health condition. It doesn't matter. Welcome 😊

Here, you'll find ideas, exercises and perspectives to experiment with and practise. Many of them are mindfulness- and breath-based, and some of them are simplified forms of nei gong (internal qi gong). The more you practice them, the more they'll improve energy and motivation levels.
