touristableproject

The TOURISTABLE project (Co-Funded by the EU) is an innovative initiative aimed at:
- CREATING A TRAINING MODEL IN THE VET (Vocational Education and Training) SECTOR by designing – with the contribution of specialized stakeholders – an INNOVATIVE TRAINING COURSE that: enables companies to use the theme of inclusion as a booster for business development and envisions a LOCAL COOPERATION MODEL between public bodies, tourism companies, and entities dealing with social and work inclusion of vulnerable people, such that the territorial districts adopting the model can become more attractive both for their ability to involve people with disabilities in the workforce and from an economic standpoint.
- Better aligning the tourism sector with labor market needs, with a particular focus on inclusion and innovation. The goal is to increase the autonomy of people with disabilities and involve them in enhancing local cultural and tourism resources.
