Mix — break the seal and knead the two-component pouch for about 50 seconds until the foam begins to expand
Place — fit the pouch into the seat shell; expansion continues for another 40–50 seconds
Sit — the driver gets into position while the foam moulds to their body, 15–20 minutes
Cut — after 40 minute, the insert is ready for use and can be cut to the final shape
