to those who will miss me.

Some questions take a lifetime to answer. This show centers on one of them.

When the people who love you sit quietly one day, thinking of you, what do you hope they feel about how you lived?

To Those Who Will Miss Me is a long-form conversation podcast hosted by Ari Kaine, a Finnish writer living in Catalonia. Each episode is a one- to two-hour conversation that tries to reach the heart of one person: what they have come to believe, what they are still unsure of, and what they would want to leave behind. We talk about meaningful living, health, spirituality, our place in nature, and our bonds with each other.

The title holds two meanings. We miss people when they are gone. We also miss them while they are still here, by not truly noticing them. This show is an attempt to notice.

Between guest conversations, Ari shares solo episodes he calls letters.

Listened to, we hope, in a quiet room, in a quiet mind.
