Regrettably Google have implemented a policy of gagging non google+ users by not allowing them use of the comment or personal message service on youtube. . Theres always one person in the corporate chain willing to screw up a good thing in order to make a name for himself with the boss, google has a few wanting to climb the corporate ladder at the expense of the many.
To cure the google+ issues cost me £350 (US$ 550) to buy a new computer, install google chrome, google+, google tube and kiss my online privacy good bye as google sell my entire online data.
