Tori Skye

Hi, I'm Tori the founder of Flochi.

This channel is where I document my personal journey learning how to live in sync with my cycle while building a women’s health startup from the ground up.

Here you'll find:
• Cycle synced workouts and movement
• What I eat during each phase of my cycle
• Hormone health and wellness experiments
• Founder life and behind the scenes of building Flochi
• Honest conversations about learning to work with your body instead of against it

I created Flochi because I realized most women were never taught how their bodies actually work. Now I’m learning alongside you and sharing everything I discover along the way.

If you're curious about cycle syncing, balancing your energy, or building something meaningful, you're in the right place.
