I work with business owners and realtors to improve productivity and help them invest their time instead of spending it. I am also the head Productivity Coach for Keller Williams Metropolitan. I am responsible for creating and running a training and coaching program to help new agents become successful in a business that has a 87% fail rate, per NAR, in the first 5 years.
