Tony Harkins - Real Stories

Mission
To break the silence on men's mental health by sharing real stories of adrenaline, ambition & addiction, proving that asking for help isn't soft—it's survival.

He was captain of the football team. On Friday nights, the whole town knew his name & that version of him never really left.

These are stories of the '80s, '90s & 2000s. San Francisco, entrepreneurs, adrenaline sports, the windsurf bicycle warehouse & 3rd Avenue. Forty years later, the pads are gone but the crew is still pouring, still laughing & still calling anything less than that “soft.”

But the high-stakes chase eventually leads to the ultimate taking of someone's life. Isolation, pride & a group that never asks you to stop do more damage than most men are willing to admit. Getting older doesn’t make the old habits safer.

A short listen for the guys who still think they’re fine.
