Tony Coffey - The Silver Medic for Senior Health

I'm Tony and I'm a Paramedic, Life Saver and First Aid Instructor with 30 years of hands-on emergency experience, with Surf Lifesaving Australia, Royal Life Saving Australia and New South Wales Ambulance. I am also over 60.

Most First Aid training isn't built for people like us.
It assumes you're young, strong, and quick. It doesn't account for arthritis, lower back pain, or the fear of falling while trying to save someone else.

So I started this channel — Tony Coffey — The Silver Medic — to change that.

Here, you'll learn:
•	How to do CPR when your wrists and back hurt
•	Emergencies every grandparent should be ready for
• Many things paramedics wish every older person would do in an emergency

This isn't gym workout first aid. This is your first aid. Practical. Honest. Age-aware.

It is about preparing YOU for when the situation arises.

I'm glad you're here. Let's learn together.
