Tongxuan Sound

Chinese five-element instrumental music — guqin, xiao, and field recordings of water, wind and distant bells.

Long-form pieces built on the classical five tones (gong, shang, jue, zhi, yu), written for sleep, study and quiet mornings. No vocals. No drum loops. Nothing that asks for your attention.

Every track is mastered to -14 LUFS so the volume stays even across a whole night.

New pieces weekly.
