Why, Despite All Our Progress, Don’t We Enjoy Life More?

Life today is more comfortable, faster, and full of possibilities than ever. Yet why doesn’t this progress necessarily lead to greater satisfaction?

This channel explores that question through psychology, science, philosophy, and the analysis of modern life.

We look at pleasure, satisfaction, comparison, anxiety, habits, meaning, and the ways modern life shape how we experience happiness—and why, despite comfort, success, and more choices, we can still feel that something is missing.

This is not a channel for cliché motivation or simple formulas for happiness.

Our goal is to understand why life has become easier, but not necessarily more satisfying.

🌱 Perhaps understanding the problem is the first step toward seeing life differently.
