I am a Behavioral Consultant, Record Executive, and Ordained Minister. But before the titles, I was the kid born into a military family in ’83 who had to fight for every inch of respect.
I’ve spent my life proving that Internal Authority beats External Circumstance. I went from being the overweight kid fighting bullies to a two-time High School & College Football Captain plus  a state-level wrestler. I learned early that if you don't have the flashy clothes or the perfect "look," you have to have a superior Equation.
That equation is the T.E.E. Strategy: Time, Effort, and Energy.
I’ve used this framework to help artists land distribution deals with Empire and help leaders reclaim their focus. On this channel, I’m sharing the behavioral science and the spiritual grit it takes to move from "Busy" to "Flow."
