TMMC Young Professionals

The TMMC Young Professionals (YP) business partnering group is a Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, Inc. (TMMC) volunteer-based organization focused on developing the next generation of leaders by creating a workplace where employees feel valued and engaged to fully contribute to the workforce.

Our vision is targeted at providing an avenue for TMMC team members to learn, be and connect more, through various initiatives. This encompasses providing access to professional development and educational opportunities, giving members the chance to be part of the collective voice of young professionals in the organization, and providing opportunities to network both internally and externally.
