Gen X gal still figuring life out (yes, even in my 50s 😆)... one question at a time.

I'm living my unapologetic midlife lifestyle by questioning old rules, beliefs, expectations, and stories I accepted without ever deciding if they were actually true for me.

I talk about confidence, body image, perimenopause (why did nobody warn us?! 😲), books, road trips, cozy living, and finding magic in everyday moments.

It's all part of building this chapter of life on my own terms instead of living by everyone else's expectations.

One question. Two simple words. They changed everything.

WHO SAYS? 

Because sometimes asking that question is all it takes to discover a different way forward. 
(Okay well "Who says?" is just the beginning. 😜)
