Tinya Love

Real talk, Reinvention & Renewed Freedom 💞

Hey there, I’m Tinya Savoy, and I’m so glad you found your way here.

This is where we talk Body, Mind, Soul & Spirit for women 50+ ready to make the next part of life the best part. We lead with love here. And we laugh, a lot.

For 30 years I’ve guided women through fitness, holistic nutrition, lifestyle and mindset. Then I went deeper: epigenetics, family patterns and QHHT, because the body is only part of the story. So much of what holds us back is carried forward: the traumas and dramas handed down through our families, and maybe even our lifetimes. Here, we lovingly nip them in the bud and remember who you’re here to be.

My hope is that you leave every video a little better, a little wiser, and a little more at peace with yourself than when you arrived.
