Kelly Conrad- CPTSD and Trauma Educator

I’m a passionate educator specializing in CPTSD, childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse, and healing from toxic family dynamics. My superpower is taking complex, overwhelming topics and breaking them down into bite-sized, digestible pieces that are easy to understand.

I believe that to be truly happy, we need two essential things:

1) A sense of True Purpose
2) Inner Peace

On this channel, my goal is to validate your experiences, empower you with knowledge, and inspire you to heal, grow, and thrive. Let’s embark on this journey of transformation together!
