Tina Guimar

Hi, I’m Tina — certified sound healer, Reiki practitioner, and transformational coach for women navigating life transitions. After experiencing major life changes of my own, including divorce, grief, burnout, career shifts, and rebuilding from the ground up, I became passionate about helping other women heal, rediscover themselves, and create a life that feels aligned, peaceful, and meaningful.

On this channel, you’ll find sound healing, guided meditations, mindset support, journaling prompts, emotional healing tools, spiritual growth practices, and real conversations about navigating life’s messy middle with more confidence and self-worth.

My mission is to help women stop shrinking themselves, reconnect with who they truly are, and rise into their next chapter feeling supported, empowered, and at peace.

If you’re ready for healing, growth, encouragement, and a little soul-led real talk along the way… you’re in the right place. ✨
