Tim is a licensed real estate agent specialising in the South Coast real estate market. Since 2005, he has been helping his clients to buy, sell, and rent properties – managing every aspect of the real estate process.

Tim began his career in Berry (where he is based), selling everything from quaint homes in town to sprawling beachfront residences, commercial properties, lifestyle acreages, and working farms.

He has also operated in Sydney’s lower north shore and inner-city markets, working across everything from resale properties to brand new off-the-plan building developments of up to 200+ apartments.
