Tigs & Moo Naturals

I absolutely love feeling healthy! Why?

From the age of 3 I’ve had several health issues, surgeries and medication. I’m still here today as a result, but side effects have meant other health and skin issues.
It was only as a mum and not wanting history to repeat itself for my kids that I started making changes. I first became a group exercise instructor and personal trainer. Then came my interest in food & nutrition and finally I became a natural and organic skincare formulator. Doing my own research, I looked at the root causes of mine and my kid's health issues, healing from the inside and the outside.

I don’t want your natural health journey to take as long as it did for me to improve my body and skin. That’s why I’m doing this. It took me way too long to get here and I still have a long way to go.

I want to keep learning and improving what I call my ‘Natural Health Intelligence’, so that my health and that of my kids will operate at an optimal level.
