As an English teacher and then Head of Sixth Form, I saw again and again that capable students struggled the moment they had to learn on their own.

This channel is where I share what actually helps: quick tools for calm, confidence, and consistency for students working through GCSEs, A-levels, and beyond — plus deeper dives for the teachers, parents, and sixth form staff supporting them.

Expect practical, research-informed ideas on attention, mindset, and study habits — not just tips, but the thinking behind why they work.
