I have always wanted to start a YouTube channel but never could get pass "wanting to". My problem, overthinking! The everything has to be perfect kept me from taking that first step, getting pass "wanting to" and getting to doing. So, this is me taking the first step, getting out my head and DOING even when it's not perfect!

I love looking out a window, especially at night. I enjoy watching the rain, listening to the wind, just chilling to the sounds of nature coming through my window. I use the background sounds of nature as white noise, for relaxing, reading, praying, meditating, studying and of course sleeping. Looking out a window always helps me to reflect, to quite my mind and is soothing to my soul. It's just the best way to escape the craziness of the world, even if it's just for a second... ICU👀

Note: White noise has been known to soothe a fussy baby, help with anxiety, tinnitus and relieve stress.
