ThoughtRiver

ThoughtRiver is changing the way that businesses contract. The current process of reviewing, negotiating, and signing contracts is inefficient and costs businesses billions each year. ThoughtRiver's contract acceleration platform enables lawyers to review and negotiate contracts with the help of AI, so the process is faster and more accurate than a human working alone. Many clients also put the platform in the hands of their sales and procurement teams to enable them to safely self-serve for contract review work, as this massively increases deal velocity and pulls revenue forward.

ThoughtRiver enables the legal team to delegate the work to the business, yet maintain control of the risk.
