My Pet Tortioses

Hi there! My name is Thobekile Stephano. l create content to promote mental and emotional well-being. My passion is to encourage and inspire women to experience inner peace and to offer them support and comfort during difficult life seasons.

As women we tend to juggle many roles as wives, mothers and professionals and therefore maintaining inner peace can be challenging which is where my platform comes in. My approach lies at the intersection between therapy and faith and is guided by biblical principles and evidence based practice. Through lifelong learning and practicing daily habits that sustain a healthy inner life,I have developed tools for helping women deal with negative emotions and stress.

Join me , as we encourage and strengthen each both in heart and soul.
