This wasn't the plan

Welcome to This Wasn’t the Plan!

We’re Tomas and Meigan, a couple who left everything behind—along with our dogs Barney, Shadow, and Nola—to start a new life in Spain.

This channel is all about the ups and downs of our daily life: struggles, wins, culture shocks, dog adventures, food, travel, and everything in between. Nothing’s scripted, nothing’s perfect—but it’s real. If you’ve ever felt like life didn’t go as planned, you’re in the right place.
