I'll be your online vinyasa teacher, here for your daily dose of energising and stretching. My focus on here is to provide regular classes, tutorials, and challenges for all levels. I love teaching power and vinyasa yoga, but always love to chuck a few yin practices in there, with the focus on stress relief.
