Scuttles are a biomechanical team created to make sure the balances are kept. Scuttle Scout and her companion Scuttle Rover (a Biomechanical Dog) is tasked to be the recon to make sure planets are doing their part in the universe. If they are behind, they are eradicated.

Engineered only to do the job, they are sent to Earth Where we find out that thanks to social media and AI, we are vastly behind yet because of our discoveries in STEM somehow also ahead.
