Yasmin Da Rocha

Hey I'm Yasmin - welcome to my little corner of YouTube.

A few years ago I made the decision to stop attaching my self worth to a job title and understand my value outside of corporate to build something I could own and have full creativity, flexibility, ambition and autonomy without politics, hierarchical BS or red tape.

And I did it. To date I have helped over 1000 women articulate their value and stop underselling themselves and dozens of women from global organisations build their next career chapter.

I care about what life looks like for women who decide to define a new version of success and rebel against the narrative we have all been taught → one career path, one income and living a life that's expected.

This channel is for the high perfoming, multpassionate women who want to expand their options and build a career that feels amazing in reality not just impressive on Linkedin.

I'm so happy you're here 💛
