Hi, I’m Jahdea, a Yardie turned Yogi.

Hailing from Portland, Jamaica and now living in the U.S., I share my journey of healing, radical self-love, and sustainable living. My mission is to use yoga as a tool to help Black women build resilience that is both healthy and sustainable.

Burnout once showed up in my body as headaches, knee pain, and exhaustion I didn’t know how to release. Yoga became my lifeline, guiding me back to rest, resilience, and my authentic self. Now I help ambitious Black women thrive without sacrificing wellness or wealth, grounded in authenticity, Afrocentric wisdom, and communal healing.
