The Wholefood Kitchen is a space for people to gain confidence and competence in the kitchen, leading to greater freedom and enjoyment in their relationship with food and cooking. It also offers an invitation to connect with oneself, with the Earth, and with Community, in the spirit of Kotahitanga (one-ness, wholeness, unity).
