Hey there, I'm Shannon Lee. 
I'm just a vegan trying to make a small difference in this big world. I've personally had great success with a plant based diet changing my life for the better. I significantly healed my autoimmune diseases and lost over 100 pounds.
I'm certified in plant based nutrition. I give free info on youtube, but also offer nutrition coaching to help you reach your goals.
