I'm a leadership coach and qualitative researcher helping high-achieving women in tech become architects of the leadership and the technology the future is asking for.

This channel is home to my long-form work: masterclasses, podcast appearances, keynote talks, and conversations at the intersection of evidence-based research, sacred feminine wisdom, and intentional AI.

I hold a PhD from Saybrook University, where my dissertation on how humans find purpose through life's transitions was awarded Dissertation with Distinction. Before founding The Uprising Collective, I spent years in clinical and academic research at OHSU and the University of Washington, and I have facilitated leadership development in more than 8 countries.

My work helps senior women in tech stop leading from exhaustion and start leading from their most powerful, authentic selves — reclaiming the intelligence the current paradigm has trained women to override.
