Your host, Patrick Reagan, is a professional runner for HOKA and GU Energy Labs. After retiring from collegiate coaching in 2019, he started coaching athletes of all walks of life via Patrick Reagan Running LLC. 

Patrick also played in several bands from 2009-2012 and currently runs a project called Doctor Raygun and the Future Times in Savannah, GA.
