The Thriving ACoN

Welcome to The Thriving ACoN — a place for healing, truth, and hope after narcissistic family abuse.

I'm an adult child of a narcissistic parent, sharing my journey through decades of manipulation, gaslighting, emotional abuse, and the difficult process of reclaiming my life.

This channel is about more than surviving. It's about learning to thrive.

Here you'll find personal reflections, stories from my recovery journey, education about narcissistic family dynamics, generational trauma, boundaries, estrangement, and the sometimes messy reality of healing.

I'm not a therapist. I'm someone who's lived it, questioned it, survived it, and eventually decided the cycle ends with me.

My hope is simple: If sharing my experiences helps even one person feel understood, recognize what they've been through, or find the courage to reclaim their own life, then something meaningful has come from the pain.

Your past may explain where you've been. It doesn't have to determine where you're going.
