Erica Hornthal, The Therapist Who Moves You

Erica Hornthal, MA, LCPC, BC-DMT, also known as "The Therapist Who Moves You," is a board-certified dance/movement therapist, licensed clinical professional counselor, best-selling author, and the CEO of Chicago Dance Therapy.  Erica is currently developing Kinesthetic Cognitive Therapy, a psychotherapeutic approach that is grounded in the understanding that how we move influences how we think and behave. This channel explores the intersection of movement and mental health, the field of dance/movement therapy and its applications to emotional health and wellbeing.
