Founder and creator of Cannabis Saves Lives. He is an entertainer, activist and entrepreneur with a powerful testimony. He was born with a physical condition called Arthrogryposis. Born with his arms backwards and not expected to live, he has overcome his obstacles in life to share his story with the world.

The CSL movement started in 2013, when he wrote the song, "#CSL (Cannabis Saves Lives)", off his 2014 debut album, "Still Growin: Cuts of Cannabis". From there he started the Cannabis Saves Lives tour. The tour went from 2016 to 2018, traveling across the country, and performing in 10 different states. Tim-Me has performed at six different Hempfest’s, including Seattle Hempfest from 2014-2019, making him the most featured artist nationally. He has appeared at several other festivals and events, on TV, radio, and multiple journalistic publications.
