The Sugarcraft School is run by Rachel Hanna of Marie Antoinette Cake Design. Rachel has designed luxury, bespoke wedding cakes for 10 years and in 2019 launched The Sugarcraft School to offer classes and private tuition to others wanting to learn. Rachel's work and tutorials have been regularly published in cake decorating magazines and wedding blogs, she also co-authored the book Designer Cake Decorating, available to purchase via Squires Kitchen.
