The Strength of SHE

The Strength of SHE, LLC, established in 2015, is a women’s empowerment community that focuses on improving the lives of black women by offering support in maintaining wellness, practicing self-care and improving self-confidence.

We believe if black women are fulfilled in wellness, relationships, careers/businesses and confident in their identity then their quality of life and well being will be greater. Therefore, we offer a digital and IRL membership community for black women, supporting them to be well, be loved and be you.
