My channel was inspired from me being the mother of my autistic nonverbal son. I know firsthand how important it is to take time to yourself to clear your mind and essentially reset. So this channel is very personal to me! My hope is that this becomes a platform where we not only find an escape, but we create a safe space for each other to lean on one another by sharing why we're visiting the channel and uplifting each other in the comments!
