the Spirited Life

Welcome to The Spirited Life with Rev. Anne Marie Appleton—Minister of Metaphysics, author, and your companion on the journey to everyday peace and embodied joy.
This channel is your space to drop into stillness, move freely, and reconnect with your true Higher Self. Here, you’ll find:
 * Guided Meditations & Breathwork: Simple practices—from 1-minute resets to progressive muscle relaxation—to help you quiet your mind and tune in.
 * Dancing as Living: Somatic movement and free dance videos to shake off tension, drop perfectionism, and celebrate living in your body.
 * Spirited Life Guide Training: Future videos and training on how to facilitate Spirited Life Circles in your community.
These practices accompany my book, The Spirited Life: A Guidebook (available on Kindle!), so you can follow the activities directly with me.
Come as you are—no experience or perfection needed! Subscribe to join the dance, and visit SpiritedLife.ca for more.
