The Southern Mountain Kitchen

The Southern Mountain Kitchen releases videos every Mon., Wed., Fri., and Sat.  It features videos of recipes that represent Southern, Mountain, Italian and many other foods.  Videos will include comfort food, main dishes, side dishes and desserts.   There will also be other recipes that feature Native American food, as well as, backwoods items you probably have never heard of.
