Welcome to the Smokin Buddha BBQ YouTube channel.  Smokin Buddha BBQ is a bbq catering company that specializes in business and party catering as well as festivals and Farmers markets, local to the Northshore area of Greater New Orleans. 
I am the owner and pit master, Jason Blanchard, with 20 years of self taught experience for cooking for family, friends and thousands of happy and full customers. 

I get asked constantly on how I do what I do and that is the goal of this channel. Allow me to show you exactly what I do and maybe learn along with me.
