These Things Make Noises

Hi, I'm Dan. Welcome to 'These Things Make Noises'. This channel is a place to share my favourite six string gear, sounds and all things that make noises.

I've spent the last decade playing guitar in what could be described as a heavy indie/alternative, shoe-gazey band (excuse the pretentious pigeon holing, it's necessary I promise).

I'm not promising to be the best player in the world... I mean i'm not even the best guitarist in my own band! But what I lack in technical ability, I make up for in knowing how to get the damn thing I'm hearing in my head out into the speakers!

So, expect cool sounds, barely adequate riffs and terrible jokes.

But most of all expect all things that make noises. x

* I am now offering 1-1 Consultations for any guitar tone/recording/production/songwriting things you might need help with. It's an introductory offer of £50 but will go up in the new year! https://calendly.com/thesethingsmakenoises/consultation
