I started my YouTube channel in 2021 to talk about mental health from my tiny studio in the Netherlands. 

5 years later, I coach expat men on dating here, and this channel is where I share what actually comes up in that work.

I'm a dating and psychology coach, and most of my clients are smart, self-aware men who've read the books, done the apps and still keep ending up in the same place. 

I don't do pickup tricks or texting scripts. Just the patterns I see in coaching, the mistakes I made in my own dating life here and what it takes to stop making yourself smaller so someone will choose you.
